Following the recent publication of the latest Legal Directories, Paul Hyland is again recognised as a recommended practitioner and has been for over a decade.
The 2015 Chambers and Partners’ Guide to the Legal Profession recommends Paul as a notable practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in acting on contentious and non-contentious construction cases and describing him as “very practical. He understands the construction issues on-site and he also has a very logical and pragmatic approach to disputes”
Legal 500 (2015) recommends Paul for his work on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters and describes Paul as having a “pragmatic, commercial approach”. Paul is also recommended for his work and expertise in local government, particularly in leading the procurement of a £270m multi-party framework for the design and construction of 23 new schools.
Paul is delighted to again be recognised and recommended in these leading Legal Directories. He commented ‘It is very humbling to have been recognised and recommended as a notable practitioner for over a decade, and to be acknowledged as a Legal Expert in the field of Construction in the Legal Business: Legal Experts directory’.
The particularly pleasing aspect is that the quotes and comments are primarily references from the people that matter, his clients. Paul will now bring his experience and expertise to his clients at Hyland Legal where he will also build off his previous references “goes the extra mile and well beyond the call of duty” (2004) through to “responsive, offers sound advice, gives you the story behind the legal aspects and doesn’t fill you with legal jargon” (2013) and “extremely timely, supportive and flexible” (2014).
It is also pleasing to note that Chambers and Partners’ also recognised the award winning team that Paul led at Trowers & Hamlins, noting that the team “are extremely responsive” and “have a good understanding of social housing and construction”.
